Garvin Academy Online Course Affiliate Program

Purpose: The Garvin Academy Online Course Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn a commission by promoting our online courses. Affiliates receive a 20% commission on each sale made through their unique referral link.
How It Works: Once approved as an affiliate, you’ll receive a personalized link. When someone clicks on your link and makes a purchase, you’ll earn 20% of the sale amount. Commissions are paid out 30 days after the purchase to accommodate any refunds or chargebacks.
Affiliate Agreement: By requesting or using an affiliate link from Garvin Academy, affiliates fully agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this program.

Application Process: Prospective affiliates must complete an online application, providing their full name, email, website or social media handles, and a brief explanation of how they plan to promote the courses.
Approval Criteria: Garvin Academy reviews each application to ensure alignment with our brand and values. Applicants with an established online presence or a strong network in relevant fields (e.g., education, personal development, privacy, and security) are preferred.
Onboarding: Approved affiliates will receive a welcome email containing their unique referral link, access to initial promotional materials, and instructions on how to manually track their performance until the affiliate dashboard is released.

•Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Garvin Academy courses through their websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other channels. They are expected to prioritize promoting the free webinar, as it has a higher closing rate. However, they may also promote the courses directly if they choose.
•Images and Content: Garvin Academy will provide images and written content about the free webinar to support affiliates in their promotional efforts. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials to drive traffic to the webinar as a primary strategy.
•Compliance with Social Media Policies: Affiliates must adhere to the terms of service and advertising guidelines of any platform they use to promote Garvin Academy. This includes clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC regulations.
•Ethical Standards: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, fake reviews, or other deceptive practices. Affiliates are strictly forbidden from marketing to Garvin Academy, PrepperNet, and Prepping Academy current members and customers on any platform. Any breach of these ethical standards may result in immediate termination from the program.

Earning Potential: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each successful course sale generated through their unique referral link. For example, if a course sells for $500, the affiliate earns $100.
Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid 30 days after the purchase to allow for any refunds or chargebacks. This ensures that affiliates are paid for confirmed sales only.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate at least $50 in commissions before receiving a payout. If the threshold is not met in a given month, the balance will roll over to the next month.
Payment Methods: Payments are made via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive their earnings.

Unique Referral Links: Each affiliate is provided with a unique link that tracks all referrals. This link is essential for ensuring that the affiliate receives credit for sales.
Tracking System: While Garvin Academy is in the process of developing an affiliate dashboard, most tracking and performance monitoring will be done manually. Affiliates will receive regular updates on their performance via email.
Responsibility: It is solely the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that their audience uses the provided referral link. Garvin Academy is not liable for any missed commissions due to the incorrect use of links by potential buyers.

Student Enrollment Limits: To maintain the quality of education, Garvin Academy reserves the right to limit the number of students enrolled in each course. This may affect the number of commissions an affiliate can earn.
Termination Rights: Garvin Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without notice, if they violate any terms of the program or engage in activities that could harm the reputation of Garvin Academy.
Opt-Out Option: Affiliates may choose to leave the program at any time by providing written notice to Garvin Academy. Upon termination or opt-out, any pending commissions will be paid out following the standard payment schedule.

Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Garvin Academy in a clear and conspicuous manner when promoting the courses. This includes using phrases like “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link” or “This is an affiliate link.”
Legal Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC’s endorsement guidelines. Non-compliance could result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
Liability Disclaimer: Garvin Academy is not responsible for the actions or content of affiliates. Affiliates are independent contractors and are fully responsible for their own marketing practices and legal obligations.

Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount after any discounts, taxes, and shipping fees (if applicable) are deducted.
Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund within the 30-day window, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed at the end of each month, with commissions being paid out 30 days after the purchase date. Affiliates can view their payment status and history manually through regular email updates until the dashboard is available.

Changes to the Program: Garvin Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. This includes changes to the commission rate, payment terms, or any other aspect of the program.
Notification of Changes: Any changes to the program will be communicated to affiliates via email or through announcements once the affiliate dashboard is released. Continued participation in the program after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Grandfather Clause: Affiliates who have earned commissions prior to any changes will be paid under the original terms for those specific transactions.
